Ariel Springs

Ariel Springs was our first choice because we loved how well everything is maintained there. It always looks nice and clean and well cared for. Moving in was a breeze thanks to Laura who was very informative and efficient. She kept in constant communication and made everything easy. We are very happy with our move. Ariel Springs has great amenities and our apartment is so pretty and spacious. I am so glad we decided to make Ariel Springs our home.

This was a short term rental for me as I needed housing due to a move from NC that allowed pets. I am very happy I choose Ariel Springs. The staff are extremely pleasant, are quick to resolve issues, and keep residents updated on weather conditions, pool closing, missing pets, etc.. The complex is clean, the pool is maintained well with plenty of lounge chairs and seating, and I was happily surprised with the many utilities that were included in the rent. These included water, sewer, cable/internet, and trash. Although I never used the gym, the opportunity it presented was appreciated. The yard is maintained weekly, bushes and trees trimmed back, and the area is sprayed to keep pests under control. Lighting throughout the complex at night was good. The 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment itself was very nice and fit my needs perfectly. Plenty of room for my king size bed and furnishings. Stainless steel appliances in my unit as well as a washer and dryer provided. Each month the staff hosts various activities from bingo, game night, luaus, St Patrick Day, Mother and Father days recognized, etc.. I enjoyed the activities very much and participated as often as I could as it was a wonderful way to meet other residents. This is a very pet friendly complex and all the staff were kind and loving to my ten year old dog who was very excited to visit the office and get a treat. I've dealt mainly with Tabitha whom I met on day one and has been so helpful throughout my stay. She is always pleasant and able to answer any questions I've had. I appreciate everything she and the other staff members have done to make my short term stay here pleasant and smooth. if you're looking for a safe, clean, conveniently located apartment this should be at the top of your list.

I can’t say enough about this place!!! This is our first place(my wife and myself) that we got. I didn’t have the best of credit really neither of us did and the staff as a whole were amazing at helping us get into the apartment. Tabitha was our first interaction and her attention to detail in all matters was above reproach. Donna who worked in the office was always attentive and polite. Everything from the common areas business center, pool, gym and grounds were pristine. There was several other staff that we interacted with that were just as professional and knowledgeable, sadly I can’t remember their names or I would include them too. The Maintenance team is on hand for anything we needed. There are more of them then I could count constantly keeping up with everything and anything needed. I never didn’t see their carts going everywhere to help or upgrade units. Always willing to stop when flagged down to answer any questions. We had a problem with our dryer and they didn’t skip a bet. Within 24 hours there was a brand new one installed. They rate all the stars I can give on there tireless effort. Now the best part. The price of the units is OUTSTANDING for what you get. Huge space for anything you need. We had a two bedroom two bath unit. We RAN OUT of stuff to fill this space. Perfect for growing a family. What you get at the price in unmatched. Truly. Lastly the security here. There isn’t a gate or security guards on site but the community is a safe quite and beautiful collection of people. Through the entire year I was never bothered but noise from the road, kids from the school or even solicitors. The staff ensure that happens. There are always safe guarding or peace. If you read any review please read this. If you are looking for a place you have found a home here. We are moving for an opportunity in south FL or we would have stayed indefinitely. Resolving the issue took multiple calls as maintenance made excuses seemingly to avoid extra work (such as saying a dark mark on the wall was from clothing dye despite myself and my roommate explaining we felt a water leak in that spot which was confirmed one month later when the leak continued and grew bigger). It also took several months to fix the issue, disrupting daily life as whole sections of the house were rendered unusable while maintaining a clear work space for maintenance workers who rarely actually came by. Calls to the office resulted in incorrect updates (such as being told after 2 months that maintenance were still waiting for a clear workspace when the spot had been cleared within days of making the maintenance request and having already had the drywall removed and carpet replaced) which suggests a lack of centralized tracking at best and deception at worst. In one call regarding the broken dishwasher, maintenance stated they were awaiting a part that was scheduled to be delivered the next day, but then did not update us for 2 weeks at which time the entire machine was removed rather than the repair we were led to expect. The overall negligence, lack of clear communication, and excessive time it took to address issues without regular updates was a disappointing experience for both myself and my roommate, especially as rent costs $1,913 per month, not counting cost of utilities.

Today was a heavy day for me yet I found the strength to go see a Professional Leasing Agent Laura was so compassionate and empathetic. Although, I was not eligible for the residence, she was so gracious and helpful. Sometimes when individuals are going through one of life’s storms the simplest of conversations can be difficult. Laura was exceptional in listening and answering all of my questions. Thank you Laura and Thank You Lord for showing me kindness is so necessary during our hard times. Excellent Customization Service Skills. May all of your properties be blessed and highly favored always.

Unprofessional, the only person in the office that knows how to act at their place of employment is Robin. She is always kind and compassionate. However Tabatha, Donna and Jennifer have a hard time keeping their emotions under control. Disrespectful on the phone talks over people and they have what seems like no interest in resolving issues. While trying to explain the severity of the situation because there has been literally fecal matter coming up in our shower drain for almost two months. Multiple maintenance orders not being completed for a number of excuses. I was yelled at on the phone for raising my voice after I have been continually spoken over and not listened to. Then Tabatha proceeded to disconnect the call after I asked to speak to her manager Jennifer. Again no interest in resolving issues. When i called back multiple times they ignore the call. How mature do we need to be to work in an office setting the is based around people LIVING IN YOUR COMMUNITY. I can completely understand why so many people have left this complex. All they have continued to do is play games with people. They don't have to complete maintenance orders or fix anything but if your late for rent they are elated to file an eviction immediately EVEN BEFORE the date of promised payment. They are vindictive and spiteful! Just imagine taking a shower and the this starts to cover your feet! They have no follow up and mark the work completed without sending anyone out. It's insane.
